Harriert, Tata Motors' redesigned sports utility vehicle (SUV), will be released on Tuesday, October 17. According to HT Auto, the new Tata Harrier SUV will have completely redesigned external appearance, new color options, and a completely revamped inside.



The diesel engines in this SUV are BS6 phase-2 certified. On April 1, this year, the BS6 Phase 2 emmission standards went into force in India. The vehicles must meet pollution targets in real-world situations, according to the new regulations. All vehicles must have compliant engines that emit less NOx and hazardous pollutants.

The redesigned Tata Harrier SUV has undergone design improvements, including a slimmer split headlight and a vertical bumper. The SUV now features a radiator grille and a larger air inlet on the bumper.

The SUV also sports sleek LED daytime running lights and LED turn indicators with sequential patterns. The redesigned Harrier SUV features a floating roof pattern and new 18-inch alloy wheels. It has LED strips attached in the front and back. The new Tata Harrier SUV features elegant LED daytime running lights and taillights linked by a slim LED strip.

The Tata Harrier facelift SUV comes in seven colors: Pebble Grey, Sunlit Yellow, Oberon Black, Lunar White, Seaweed Green, Ash Grey, and Coral Red. It boasts a 12.2-inch touchscreen entertainment system and a fully digital instrument cluster on a 10.2-inch display. A 10-speaker JPL audio system is included, as are powered and ventilated driver and co-driver seats.

Security features

The SUV is equipped with seven airbags, including a knee airbag, as well as other safety features like as front parking sensors, a 360-degree camera, a tire pressure monitor, and three-point seatbelts. Adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning with change assist, traffic sign recognition, and an automated emergency braking system are among the other features.

Engine characteristics

The new Tata Harrier is a diesel-only SUV with a 2.0-liter engine. The engine has been modified to meet BS6 Phase 2 standards. It has a peak output of 168 horsepower and a maximum torque of 350Nm.
