Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth play the key roles in Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth's sports drama "Lal Salaam." The formal announcement regarding the film's release was made by the filmmakers on October 1. The filmmakers shared a brand-new poster with the announcement, "LAL SALAAM to hit screens on PONGAL 2024."
The new poster has Vishnu Vishal and Rajinikanth against a red background. AR Rahman is the film's music composer. Aishwarya Rajinikanth's fourth film as a director is titled "Lal Salaam."
The movie is currently in post production after the shooting was finished a few months ago. In the movie, Rajinikanth will appear as Moideen Bhai in a pivotal cameo role. In this cricket-themed sports drama, Kapil Dev makes a brief appearance. Although the release date for the teaser and trailer has not yet been announced, it is anticipated that the picture will start to be promoted in December 2023.
After "Lal Salaam," Rajinikanth has agreed to appear in two films: "Thlaivar 170" with TJ Gnanavel and "Thlaivar 171" with Lokesh Kanagaraj. The formal announcement regarding the technical staff for "Thalaivar 170" was issued today by the Lyca Productions, the same company that is producing "Lal Salaam" and "Thalaivar 170." Anirudh Ravichander will write the soundtrack for 'Thalaivar 170'.
