When the driver notices stones on the track, the Udaipur-Jaipur Vande Bharat express is stopped

Jaipur: According to north western railway officials, an attentive driver of the Udaipur-Jaipur Vande Bharat express promptly stopped the train on Monday morning after observing stones and clips placed on the track from where the semi-high speed train crosses.

According to officials, the incident happened between the Gangarar and Soniyana sections after passing through Chittorgarh.

The driver of the train observed stones, pebbles, and clips used to join tracks on the track at roughly 9:55 a.m. after the train had passed through Chittorgarh and stopped it. No damage was done, and once it was discovered, the track was made clean so the train could pass. RPF is conducting an investigation after officials visited the scene and assessed the situation, according to a NWR official.

Attempts to stone the Vande Bharat Express have been documented around the nation. The glass panes of the Ajmer-Delhi Cantt Vande Bharat train were shattered as a result of 13 incidents of stone pelting in May, according to the NWR. The first Vande Bharat train in Rajasthan was launched in April on the route between Ajmer and Delhi Cantt.
